Spring Season: Week 73
Aug. 9th, 2021 02:51 amSo I went to the dentist, confirmed an infection, got a prescription for some antibiotics, and I have another appointment tomorrow morning for in-depth x-rays, since they're not sure which tooth the infection is in. One of the options won't be so bad, the other option would be... bad, so fingers crossed!
Have been kinda avoiding DW and the internet outside of my phone in general, but I'm trying to get back to all the things I left hanging today, I just get so fucking anxious about everything to do with my mouth, I hate it and it makes me want to give up on everything I enjoy. Have even been taking it easier than usual on movies, too, in favour of just kinda lounging around and letting my extremely short attention span take me where it will. It leads to me feeling completely unaccomplished, but also makes the days off feel longer, stretching out in front of and behind me like weekends used to when I was a kid. It's... nice.
Got caught in the rain a couple of times, there's been a lot of it. Crashed my grandmother's culture club meeting while I was waiting for my prescription. Tried that new Nashville burger at BK. Watched some Olympics.
It's really neat to have a theater full of new movies that I've seen again. Keeping a close eye on our numbers, I'll be so pissed if people are dumb enough AGAIN that that'll have to stop again. Gonna split the Spoiler Zone up across a few entries instead of trying to play catch-up, I think. More tomorrow, along with tags. And x-rays and hopefully a plan of tooth damage attack, ugh.
