I know I need to get cracking on migrating all of my shit out of Evernote now that they've effectively bricked the app for free users on five days notice (after abruptly cancelling my legacy account, so lol yeah not getting my money anymore), but uuuuuuuugh what an ordeal. I should go to OneNote I guess? I already use Notion for all sorts of stuff, but it's not great for the file dumping ground database that I used Evernote for for years. Bleh.
Braved a peek at my various bank balances, and didn't immediately go into a coughing fit, so that's cool! With the way I was mindlessly flashing plastic up and down Sainte-Catherine, I was really scared of what sorts of debts I might have accrued, but it all felt pretty darn reasonable! It made the prospect of sad belt-tightened eating for the next while to save up for my 2024 trips feel much less pointless/hopeless, anyway.
