Forgot my phone at work last night, which means the alarm is going off in an unlocked drawer in the middle of a mall right now, so... I probably won't have a phone anymore (or an iPod, since they're in there together). Fingers crossed, I guess, but mostly I just hate everything right now.

Also, we got the dryer fixed for two hundred bucks, only to find out that there are probably animals nesting in our vents, so we still can't use it until those get cleaned out. Rad.

The two guards holding you look at each other and then at the other guard for a decision. He nods at them and they release their grip on you. And as for Nicodemus, find him yourself.' Suppressing an urge to draw your sword, you turn and walk into the city.

Through the main gates you see that the rubbish-filled streets of the port are narrow and cobbled. Old and decrepit buildings line them closely, with their upper storeys overhanging menacingly.

[119] 'Twas the night before Labour Day

Phone was recovered, even if it died while I was at work.

Went to the carnival in the rain. The rides all ran on vegetable oil. Had fun. Slightly nauseous now, though.

Day off tomorrow. Need it badly.

Mostly just updating because there are a billion things that I need to reply to and e-mails to write, and I would like people to know that I'm pretty sure I haven't forgotten about any of them. Just. Bleh.

Have randomly fallen into a black hole of nostalgia, going over the old Lost Experience. I was so into that thing back in the day, man.
