One of those lovely rare nights where all my deprivation catches up to me and I'm actually able to get a decent night's sleep hit just in time for the end of the work week, hooray! And then I woke up freezing, because the seasonal change thermostat wars with my family have begun once again. Maybe I should make a new rule that nobody is allowed to change the temperature in the house unless they've paid their rent for the current month and also the last one, fucking hell.
Winnipeg trip has been booked, exactly three weeks to go! Flying out Tuesday, flying home Thursday, back to work on Friday, and then off to Edmonton and Vancouver less than a week later, bing bang boom. Let's see how far I can stretch these credit limits~
Email inbox is sitting at a little over 500 things to deal with, but none of them are unread, so I'm calling that a win. Staying nicely on top of my actual work so I can get the fuck outta here at 7:30 on the dot, and then my life will be mine again!
16. Are You the Same Person on Social Media as You Are in Real Life?
...kinda? I guess yes, but not exclusively. Social media is just pieces of me, real life is me all the fuckin' time, and the pieces of me out there are largely the same as the offline ones, but there's also a lot more going on offline that doesn't make the cut. So it's an incomplete picture, but I wouldn't call it an inaccurate one?
