A smoky, cold, rainy start to the month, happy pride I guess!! At least we got some beautiful thunderstorms last night and my jeans weren't wet for too long this morning. Think I'm absolutely going to feign an emergency and bail an hour early tomorrow night to go to the movies if my mom's up to it, though; hopefully telling her what I think the mystery movie is will provide enough motivation. Just gotta make it through the next few days!

Overall, I think my attempt to watch more movies last month was a resounding success, I saw lots of really good shit (as well as a couple of real duds), and I'm going to try to keep it going! Lotta giallo. Lotta Michael Mann. One really long Argentinian movie. A bunch of rewatches, too. I've fallen waaaaaay behind on TV shows, though, so I'm going to have to strike more of a balance in June. And also catch up on BOSJ before I get spoiled for the winner, somehow.
