Got lots of cool mail, finished watching the shitty Blade show, started watching Agatha All Along, ordered a fancy burger and watched Dimension 20 with mom, cried about my cat for a while, emptied out my inbox, probably gonna end the day with a run and a bath and lots of wrestling once this insanely boring movie I've got on is over. Still haven't heard back from work about the Calgary thing. If I'm going to be leaving for a week, I'd like to have a bit of notice, please!
I think Bub's time here is almost up. It's felt like her clock's been slowly winding down for a few months now, and yesterday she seems to have stopped eating altogether. She's almost 22, so if this is the end, I don't want to make a big deal out of it, and she doesn't seem to be in any particular distress, so I'm just keeping a close eye on her and spending a lot of time just hanging out. God, I'll miss her, though.
Since I'd rather end on a positive note, I'm very excited to see that ZRX is finally going back to making the virtual races available to purchase à la carte instead of locking them all behind the VIP subscription, which remains way too expensive for me to justify as long as I've got the legacy discount for the main sub. Single purchases, though? I can budget for that! All the other shit I bought today is a little tougher to explain away, but sometimes you just need some retail therapy so the cool mail can keep on flowing.
