re: Healthy Eating Habits
Jan. 13th, 2024 10:06 amThe ice fog settled in at some point between leaving work and heading to the movies last night, adding a whole extra spooky layer to the ongoing unceasingly frigid proceedings. Also I am 35 now. Weird!
My present to myself was a day off from the early morning yoga experiment for an extra hour of snoozing. Current verdict is that ultimately, it's not worth it, but DAMN is it satisfying in the moment. Much better than my body's present to itself of a period, but at least that means I get to pop painkillers at work all day. It's Saturday, we party.
Work was real bad yesterday, so hopefully today will be quieter, with fewer entitled assholes to deal with. Really want to get some writing done. The Beekeeper and Hot Honey McCrispys when I get out of here.
