re: Breakfast foods
Aug. 16th, 2022 11:37 amONE MORE DAY, and then The Longest Week will be over. There will probably be more long weeks to come, but this one was... rough, and I will be very happy to have it behind me. And then I get to drive to Edmonton at six in the morning tomorrow and hopefully we can get some answers, and an actual plan and shit beyond fucking waiting.
Cried myself to sleep over the Better Call Saul finale, which was pretty much perfect in every way. Maybe I will write more about it later, lest it really dominate the weekly roundup post. Six seasons may not seem like that much in this era where plenty of shows run into the double digits, but prestige dramas can be heavy, and I've been living in this one for long enough that my city burned down two weeks after the second season finished, and that feels like a lifetime ago.
16. What is your favorite breakfast food?
I'm not really a breakfast person, really, so I don't have any strong preferences? I like most breakfast foods, I'll demolish a box of cereal, I'll bulldoze a carton of eggs (scrambled, poached, sunny side up, hell yeah), I'll topple a tower of pancakes, I'll flatten some waffles, I'll raze a pan of sausage and bacon (soft and greasy, please), I will reduce a plate full of hashbrowns to ruin, and if I'm ever picking one over another, it's gonna be more about what I've had most recently and trying to mix it up. That McMuffin that I had yesterday was pretty good and terrible.
You know what? Fuck it, I'm diving in.

Damn, that really killed some time! Being the Elite was also perfect last night, and I could probably write 1500 words about it, as well, but I will spare you all and go get some ice cream instead.
