Mar. 21st, 2021 08:55 pmSunday always feels like the tipping point of the week, the last day that really feels like it's all for me. Tomorrow, I have to start switching gears from 'week off' mode to 'getting ready to go back to work' mode. I can still have a good time, but there's a little more weight to all the things that I need to get done, knowing what's waiting for me just around the corner.
Still, it was a fine day, even if it kinda blew right on by. Movies were watched, Chinese food was ordered. Now I've got annoying budget things to spend the rest of the night tackling, so I've got some old PWG shows playing to get me through the tedium. Baby Bucks!
Of COURSE my mom is really leaning on me to go out to a restaurant with her for no reason now that our COVID numbers are on the rise again. Hopefully she'll be too lazy to keep pursuing it.
The crazy warm snap finally broke and we got a bunch of snow overnight. I imagine we'll see a few more last gasps of winter before we're done with it fully, but the worst of it is almost certainly past.
