I need to come up with a cheesy subject line conceit if I'm going to try updating every day
THE WEEK OFF HAS BEGUN WOOOOOOOOO. For all that I complain about work (a lot) and how hard it is on me (very), I really do think the weeks off might make it all worth it. It's just... real nice, having so much time to look forward to. Maybe it's always over too soon, but nothing like mere weekends used to be. Being able to have a full 50% of my days (plus the occasional holiday) all to myself is kinda magical. I just have to pay the price of my mortal soul for all of the other half of my days.
Didn't do much, just a few random chores in between a couple of movies until it was Dynamite time (the big go-home show before the PPV on Sunday! that shit kicked ass!). Took a bath and listened to a podcast about Old Hollywood. Did my nails in lovely Revolution-themed greens and blues. Gonna catch up on Impact and Strong while I try to clean out some inboxes and then crash, I think. Tomorrow's another day!
Oh, also it was like five degrees out today, THE HEAVENS ARE CELEBRATING MY FREEDOM WITH ME.
