DECISIONS, DECISIONS. No lie, I spent most of my time at work today weighing the pros and cons of going to SDCC this year because... I really, really want to, but it's not looking good. I made charts and graphs.
Plural.
For both.
As it stands, I'm at about 75/25, leaning towards skipping it this year and possibly making this a Stratford year instead, because I've been wanting to go back forever now. Blowing off work tomorrow to get con tickets would just be such a scuzzbag move at the moment, and they put them off for so damn long anyway, I am the opposite of prepared. I am an otter. They are terrible at preparing. And with Stratford, I am not glued to any particular set of dates, which is helpful now that I'm actually employed and all.
So, yes! SDCC: probably not this year, much as it pains me. But hopefully Christopher Plummer being rad onstage.
Also, sleep: probably not tonight, much as it pains me. I slept in way too late today, I'm gonna be up forever, tagging and playing Mass Effect and reading comic books and by the time the sun rises tomorrow, I will be filled with perogies and regrets. It's gonna be awesome.
