[491] daylight turns to moonlight and I'm at my best
Quick update while I take a break from figuring out how to book a B-line AMVIC. Life is boring, but All Out is exactly one month away!!!!! Soon things will matter to me again~
No particularly interesting movies hitting our theatre this weekend, so hopefully Relay is good. If there were any non-singalong KPop Demon Hunters showings, I would try pitching that, but alas! I will simply continue to live in ignorance! At least I've got Forbidden Door on Sunday to keep my spirits up regardless of what's on the big screen.

Wikipedia Sez: Café Bleu is the debut studio album by the English band the Style Council. It was released on 16 March 1984, on Polydor Records, produced by Paul Weller with Peter Wilson. It followed four non-album singles in the UK, the first three of which (and their B-sides) were released outside the UK as the album Introducing The Style Council in North America, Australasia, Japan and some European countries. The album was mainly recorded at Solid Bond Studios (owned by Weller) except for the strings which were recorded at CBS.
Genre: Pop/Rock
Styles: Alternative/Indie Rock, Sophisti-Pop, New Wave, Punk/New Wave (I heard a lot of jazz in here, myself, but what do I know)
Release Date: March 16th, 1984
Prior Familiarity: None.
What I Did While Listening: FINALLY FINISHED PUTTING AWAY ALL MY FUCKING LAUNDRY. Oh my god, I cannot not let it pile up like that again. WHY ARE WEEKENDS SO SHORT???
Verdict: This is an album of middling ballads that periodically trades off with an album of the sickest, most insanely dramatic piano bullshit I've heard in a minute.
Favourite Song: The Whole Point of No Return
Leshia's Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐, splitting the difference between the two vibes I guess.
