[474] let me take your hand, put down that frying pan

It's Friday! At least all the snow is gone. My brain is really starting to short circuit, I think, I'm just bouncing between the same three phone games and screwing around in Notion; every time I try to put any actual thoughts together, my mind just goes completely blank. Real FOOTAGE NOT FOUND hours up in here.

Just ten more hours until I can go home and make some perogies, I guess!!!

Wikipedia Sez: Brutal Youth is the fourteenth studio album by English musician Elvis Costello, released in 1994. It contains the first recordings Costello made with his band the Attractions since Blood and Chocolate (1986). Brutal Youth was the third, and most recent of Costello's albums, to peak at number two in the UK Albums Chart, following on from Armed Forces (1979) and Get Happy!! (1980).

Genre: Pop/Rock

Styles: Rock & Roll, Contemporary Pop/Rock, Alternative/Indie Rock, College Rock, Adult Alternative Pop/Rock

Release Date: March 8th, 1994

Prior Familiarity: Quite low, actually.

What I Did While Listening: Puttered around, packing up my hotel room since god knows I wasn't going to want to do it in the morning. Was suddenly more tired than I have ever been in my life; I think six David Lynch movies in two days was probably a lot, emotionally!

Verdict: Fucking phenomenal.

Favourite Song: One of those albums where almost every song was my favourite song as I was listening to it? It's that good! Kinder Murder maybe? But also Clown Strike.
