[434] watch us freak
I survived Ittenyon weekend! Watched... so much wrestling, well into the early hours of several mornings. And I still haven't even touched any of the joshi shows that happened, or the Dynasty backstage comments. Have absolutely gotten my ten bucks' worth out of that NJPW World subscription, and now I'm really looking forward to Battle in the Valley. That moment after Kenny and Gabe's match where Tanahashi was just openly weeping on commentary like an old lady in church when the fighting spirit got into him was so relatable.
That's it for today, heading out to the Monday Mystery Movie as soon as my family gets here to pick me up. Last movie with my mom before she heads off to Edmonton for radiation!

Wikipedia Sez: Roots is the sixth studio album by Brazilian heavy metal band Sepultura. It was released in Europe on February 20, 1996 and in the U.S. three weeks later on March 12 by Roadrunner Records. It is the band's last studio album to feature founding member and vocalist/rhythm guitarist Max Cavalera, who left the band in late 1996 while the band was on tour to promote the album.
Genre: Pop/Rock
Styles: Alternative Metal, Death Metal, Heavy Metal, Progressive Metal, Speed/Thrash Metal
Release Date: February 20th, 1996
Prior Familiarity: Roots Bloody Roots is a track in Beatstar, and I fucking despise it. Full body cringe when I pulled the album.
What I Did While Listening: Got ready to head out to the movies and put away some laundry.
Verdict: It's not nearly as awful just listening to it as opposed to trying to five star it in a stupid rhythm game, but it still sucks pretty bad. Also well over an hour long, so a real slog.
Favourite Song: Jasco was a welcome two-minute instrumental reprieve from the screaming misery of it all.
Leshia's Rating: ⭐⭐
