Another lazy day, TV and video games and reading and wrestling and the usual, until I got the 'oh god I'm wasting my life' itch and cleaned the bathroom. So fulfilling! I'll feel better after I make some perogies, I think. Party at the care home tomorrow, so I'll have to wake up earlyish. Hopefully it isn't a nightmare!
Have been dealing with pulsatile tinnitus (thanks, Dr. Google!) in my right ear for a few months now, and it's been driving me increasingly crazy and I don't know what to do. Problems for another tomorrow!
Oh, I also added a bit in Notion to track my running shoe mileage, so that's... fun? I guess? Ugh, I need to get a life.

Prior Familiarity: Okay! I definitely know a few of the songs, but have never heard them the way they were clearly meant to be listened to, all in one go like this.
What I Did While Listening: Tried to fuck around in Notion, but kept getting distracted by the vibes.
Verdict: I don't think I've ever heard a concept album THIS well executed, where every song just moves into the next so smoothly you don't even realize it's happening, you're just listening to the story being told. Though it does make the 'Marvin Gaye's clueless ass' Spotify playlist slightly less funny when you realize he's a Vietnam vet coming home from the war, like no wonder he's so sad and confused!!! MAN'S GOT QUESTIONS AND THERE ARE NO GOOD ANSWERS. WHY ARE ALL OF THESE ISSUES STILL SO RELEVANT. But that playlist makes me laugh so so hard, so I must knock a star off for tainting it with poignancy.
