[362] I thought it was the end, I thought it was the fourth of July
Another hot, hot day in the sun. The clouds cleared away as I was out there, the birds started singing, and I stayed out until my sunscreen was all sweated off. Downloaded the second of season of Prodigy they finally got around to just dumping on Netflix, since they haven't bothered to actually release it at all in Canada, talk about just leaving a show to die.
Hangman is back and he is feral and I'm totally gonna get to see him fight a dragon in Calgary in less than a week. It hasn't really sunk in yet, honestly.
More work texts to deal with all damn day, but then mom brought home sloppy joes and stayed up to watch Dimension 20 with me. Stuff can still be pretty good.

Wikipedia Sez: Superunknown is the fourth studio album by American rock band Soundgarden, released on March 8, 1994, through A&M Records. Produced by Michael Beinhorn and the band themselves, Soundgarden began work on the album after touring in support of their previous album, Badmotorfinger (1991). Superunknown retained the heaviness of the band's earlier releases while displaying a more diverse range of influences.
Genre: Pop/Rock
Styles: Alternative Metal, Alternative Pop/Rock, Alternative/Indie Rock, Grunge, Heavy Metal
Release Date: March 8th, 1994
Prior Familiarity: Okay! Did not know it had a song called 4th of July until I was listening to it just past midnight, though, which was fun.
What I Did While Listening: Made perogies, fucked around on my phone, generally just enjoyed the evening.
Verdict: It's pretty good! Nothing that really blows my skirt up aside from a few tracks, though.
Favourite Song: Black Hole Sun
Leshia's Rating: ⭐⭐⭐
