[353] [infuriatingly semi-audible crowd vocalizations]
Weekend over! Went to visit my grandmother, did her nails, came home and watched Dropout stuff with my mom for a while. My three beautiful days of sunbathing in the heat have given way to another round of rain, but at least it's not super cold this time around. Proper summer thunderstorm weather, I can dig it.
Mom's off to Edmonton tomorrow for scans and whatnot, so we can finally see what's what on the renewed cancer front. Which means I'll have the house to myself for a day! Very exciting!! Gonna get so many chores done and never put on pants!!!
Managed to drop and shatter the Scentsy last night. Was extremely upset with myself and disappointed and sad, but the ensuing bath helped and I've got a cheapy electric wax burner that I will hopefully not be such a fucking klutz with on the way.
Inside Out 2: A good movie! Sad that its ridiculous runaway success pretty much ensures Pixar ain't going to be doing anything original ever again, since you know people aren't going to be coming out for Elio like that.
The dilemma between not wanting to get spoiled for Interview with the Vampire but wanting to take my time with it now that I'm a few episodes into the new season, it's very real.

Wikipedia Sez: The Köln Concert is a live solo double album by pianist Keith Jarrett recorded at the Opera House in Köln, West Germany on 24 January 1975 and released on ECM Records later that year.
Genre: Jazz
Styles: Free Improvisation, Modern Creative, Post-Bop, Jazz Instrument, Piano Jazz
Release Date: November 30th, 1975
Prior Familiarity: None.
What I Did While Listening: Relaxed at the end of the cooling day~
Verdict: The one major issue I had in this was entirely contained to Part I, where the crowd noises were just ever so faint that I was only kinda-not-quite hearing them behind the music and it legit drove me so fucking crazy, I hated the experience so very, very much. Then they shut up and it gets much better! I think this is gonna make some good writing music, going forward.
Favourite Song: Not applicable! Literally no songs here! Only an hour plus of noodling! Part II-B had some particularly striking bits, I guess?
Leshia's Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ and honestly, that's probably with a full star off for how much the first section bugged me, this shit was great.
