Back to work. One of seven. I have MOSTLY had the day to myself, save an hour spent training up the new receptionist to cover the cash desk; annoying, but she seems very nice.
Went out for dinner with the family yesterday before seeing Madame Web (turns out it's really bad???), so I didn't get as much done around the house as I would have liked, but it was a nice note to end the week on. Got a bath in, if not a run. Four hours sleep. Desperately need to book hotels for next month.
24. Do You Believe in Intelligent Alien Life?
I don't... not believe in it? In all that vastness, it seems pretty wildly unlikely that this is the ONE time evolution came together, but if they're out there, they're probably all so far removed in time, space, or both, that we'll never come across each other. Or maybe not! Who knows what futures beyond my conception could bring! It's kinda scary to think about!
