re: big water

Quick update while I wait for my earbuds to charge so I can go walkies and then take a bath! The weekend was a bit of a loss, productivity-wise, as they usually are, but I watched a couple of movies with my mom and then made the most of today, so I can't complain. Finished cleaning the bathroom, top to bottom, so I am completely off the hook and can just take it easy tomorrow before I head back to work. Tonight, I've got the aforementioned walk and bath to look forward to, as well as a late supper and the rest of the Stardom Gate show from the 4th. Feeling good!

New year, new set of random journal prompts (courtesy of [personal profile] spiffikins this year) to fall back on when I don't have anything else to hang an update on!

1. What’s the Coolest Thing You’ve Ever Seen in Nature?

I just went to check out Niagara Falls for the first time last month, so there's probably some recency bias at play here, but I'm gonna say that! It's some real big water! It falls down really far! Pretty dang cool!

I'm finally making the slow trek back to using Firefox for my day-to-day browsing purposes. I bounced when they switched to Quantum years ago and broke some pretty crucial add-ons, but Chrome has just gotten FAR too evil in the interim, so here we are. Currently picking up quality-of-life upgrades as I transfer my most crucial tabs over; we'll see how long it takes me to clear out the rest.

I should get some paid time, I miss my icons.

Ugh, the Firefox v. Chrome thing is absolute agony for me. Chrome is evil and I don't WANT to use it, but I have yet to find a Firefox replacement for one of my most-used Chrome add-ons (Dreamwidth Tools) so I feel stuck. Maybe I just keep Chrome installed and only use it when I'm going to mass-upload icons or something.
