[263] we would circle and we'd circle and we'd circle

Oof, this day feels like it's really slipping by me, but it's only the halfway mark in the week and I at least managed to get a run in, so I could certainly be doing worse! I also made an RP journal for the first time in idek how long (years?), I'm finally watching Slammiversary two months late (the crowd stopping to sing O Canada in its entirety during this tag match is insane), I'm doing my nails, I'm heading out to the movies later for the latest Mustache Branagh installment. Pretty good! Pretty, pretty, pretty good!

The second album to be produced by the band and Scott Litt, it continued to explore political issues both in its lyrics and packaging. The band experimented on the album, writing major-key rock songs and incorporating new instruments into their sound including the mandolin, as well as switching their original instruments on other songs.

What I Did While Listening: Lied in bed, not much else! Sleep schedule has been restabilized!

Verdict: Hits and mids. No misses, but a lot didn't leave much of an impression on me beyond 'yes I largely enjoy the sound of R.E.M.'. The big hits mostly make up for it, though!
