Oh gosh, it's really late! My eyes kinda hurt, but in a good way. Went to see Lightyear (STOP GASLIGHTING ME, PIXAR, THERE'S NO WAY THAT MOVIE CAME OUT IN 1995 IN ANY UNIVERSE, THE FACTS JUST DON'T ADD UP), had some good food with the family, came home and had a (only reasonably hot for a change) bath, watched Dynamite. It was a good night! It's still a good night!

Yeah, you can just go ahead and end that question after the first three words and it'll have the same answer. I really love eating! It's kind of a real problem! Moving on!
Just took a peek outside, and the sun looks to be coming up soon. Gosh, I love the summertime.

What I Did While Listening: Wrote my last entry, tidied up, puttered around, got dressed. Normal human person stuff.
Verdict: Very glad I waited until my ear infection cleared up instead of trying to listen to this one monaurally last week, because I got about a minute into the first song before saying out loud 'oh fuck I love this'. Extremely my shit, dodgy orientalist overtones of the title and cover aside. Guess I need more Sparks in my life!

What is album #100 gonna be??? I kinda can't believe I've kept this up for so long!
Loved this match a lot, too.
Well, I still think he should have won the Owen, but as far as consolation prizes go, a last-minute PPV match in an already overstuffed card against a guy with a pretty much unbroken record of putting on absolute PPV bangers is PRETTY DARN GOOD. Especially since HE FUCKING WON. CLEAN AS A GODDAMN SHEET. I'm still kinda in shock, honestly. My perfect ginger slut! Proud of him!!!
A little unfortunate how he split Darby's mouth open in, like, the first minute, but a little colour has never made a match worse and god, this whole thing was just so good, so fast and hard hitting, with plenty of technical prowess on display, an absolute ray of sunshine after the last three lackluster spots on the card. It's all uphill from here, baby!!
How about that spot where Darby just launched himself straight into the fucking floor shoulder-first, huh?? And then tried it again on the other side of the ring and Kyle just instantly sucked him into a body scissors on the floor?? Jesus christ so good.
That coffin drop onto the apron while Kyle was caught in the ropes? they ded, they both died on that one, and then SLAP SLAP SLAP SLAP SLAP and then when he hoists Darby up by the CHAIN in his MOUTH, what the FUCKKKK
Just the perfect palate cleanser, I couldn't stop smiling after Kyle picked up the win and the gloriously stupid headbanger reDRagon theme kicked back in. I think I may even like it more than the HoB/DT trios match just by virtue of where it was placed in the card?? Pure, uncut serotonin, these boys tore it up in the transition to the final act of the show, when all the world title matches start, could not be happier.
I should probably go to bed now, but maybe I won't! I certainly don't have to! Maybe I will just keep hurting my eyes and go watch the sunrise.
