[20] Out of the past!
I was really hoping I'd be able to ride things out and avoid having to post about this, but since I hit peak uselessness today, I figured I'd better update. Since this is going under the RP tag for whatever reason, it's a State of the Merr!
I'm all fucked up!
Thursday morning, I woke up with a truly horrendous hacking cough, which then gave way to awful back pain and dizziness. Friday, the back pain was gone, but was replaced with a persistent headache. As of Saturday, I was down to just cough and dizziness, but I straight-up cannot remain upright for more than a few minutes at a time. A lot of the dizziness was probably my fault as I realized today I hadn't eaten anything since night rice three days ago, but I've been nibbling today and it hasn't gotten any better, so idk. I've also started swilling Robitussin, though, it's all a rich tapestry, I'm sure. The point is, I'M ALL FUCKED UP. My next cheque is gonna be, like, five dollars with all the work I've missed/am going to miss, I'm not even finished Christmas shopping yet, the house is a mess and my aunts are gonna be here for New Year's after we head down to Edmonton on Boxing Day, and I'm just totally laid out.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR RP: I'm basically gonna be completely MIA, with minimal/no tags happening until the end of the year. The few precious minutes I can manage to stay upright enough to do online stuff (this entry took me three hours to type!) are, until Christmas, reserved solely for trying not to be the worst ever Secret Santa. I may or may not succeed.
THAT SAID, as soon as I'm back in town for the New Year, assuming I survive that long and am not still a total invalid, I will both be tagging stuff back and wanting ALL OF THE THREADS. Sean got shot near the beginning of the month, so I'd love threads with people dealing with the aftermath of that, the Christmas season is DeMarr's busiest time of year what with people dying and all so I'd love to get him out and about, and Reggie/Tracy/Ron will all be getting snowed in at Kagura. INDULGE ME, PLEASE, I'M SICK. :(
