[272] [007] [214] Styx

Catching up on some TV before work, and then catching up on my backlog of tags from the weekend. I really shouldn't be going to work at all, I've developed this horrible death-rattling cough that's pretty awful on all counts, but my cheque is going to be pathetic enough as it is and my family is bleeding me dry and I just can't afford more missed shifts. Hopefully I don't end up infecting the nation.

When last we adventured, we were balking at the boatman's exorbitant fees.

He calms down, takes the Gold and rows you across to the north bank. After mooring the boat he ambles off down a passageway.

You are on the north bank of a fast-flowing river in a large underground cavern.

Facing northwards, the rock face is smooth and glistening with moisture. Moss of many different hues grows on the surface. There is an eerie silence punctuated only by the splashings of the river as it flows behind you.

I notice that I have developed the tendency to pick the choices that are pretty much the Worst. Like in the game of life, picking them would be super dumb.

TRUE. Silly me for not considering it that way!
