Forgot my phone at work last night, which means the alarm is going off in an unlocked drawer in the middle of a mall right now, so... I probably won't have a phone anymore (or an iPod, since they're in there together). Fingers crossed, I guess, but mostly I just hate everything right now.
Also, we got the dryer fixed for two hundred bucks, only to find out that there are probably animals nesting in our vents, so we still can't use it until those get cleaned out. Rad.
The two guards holding you look at each other and then at the other guard for a decision. He nods at them and they release their grip on you. Through the main gates you see that the rubbish-filled streets of the port are narrow and cobbled. Old and decrepit buildings line them closely, with their upper storeys overhanging menacingly.
