[458] I'm sure there were even moments when you thought you might someday finish what you'd begun
A nice day, even if I ate very badly and feel very bad about it. Mickey 17 was a lot of fun; Bong Joon-ho is completely uninterested in subtlety as a filmmaker at this point in his career and it rules.
The kitchen sink is clogged and nothing we do seems to fix it. At least I got all my laundry done and my period is almost over. Got my email inbox down to under 600 items. Two more days to myself and my peace. I should buy some more Pokemon cards.

Wikipedia Sez: Whatever is the first solo album by the American singer-songwriter Aimee Mann, released in 1993. "I've Had It" is one of the songs featured in Nick Hornby's book 31 Songs. The album, with special note for the song "4th of July", was included by Elvis Costello in his "Costello's 500" list for Vanity Fair. It has also been included in the 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die list.
Genre: Pop/Rock
Styles: Adult Alternative Pop/Rock, Alternative Indie/Rock, Contemporary Pop/Rock, Contemporary Singer/Songwriter
Release Date: May 11th, 1993
Prior Familiarity: Pretty low, I mostly just know Magnolia-era Mann.
What I Did While Listening: The first half of an episode of The Walk, put away a ton of laundry, cleaned the bathroom.
Verdict: Not bad! Nothing stood out a lot, and some of the lyrics were a little cringy in that particular '90s clever singer/songwriter kind of way, but it's good listening!
Favourite Song: 4th of July
Leshia's Rating: ⭐⭐⭐
