A couple of hours of sleep and a long, leisurely brunch later, I am feeling mostly human again. Gonna blast through my tags and play video games for the rest of the day, I believe. Patriotism!
You draw your sword and advance slowly towards the huge, slimy Rock Grub.
ROCK GRUB (Skill 7, Stamina 11)
Again, you have the chance to escape here, but aside from one lucky hit this thing gets in, you're still in good enough shape not to bother yet.
You step round the great bulk of the dead Rock Grub and peer into the darkness of its borehole. You can only see a few metres, but are able to make out that it inclines slightly and is wet from the secreted slime of the Rock Grub.
