State of the Pups: June 2012


Hi, I'm Merr, you may remember me from such games as Tabula Rasa. I pretty much dropped off the face of the earth a week or so into June, and I feel awful about it even as I've been trying to ignore it, but I'm also super excited about RP again after doing so little of it, so here is my first real SotP in months so everyone knows where my brood stands as I go into July like gangbusters. So.

Wanda has gotten ridiculously loud again over the last few months, no clue why, but I'm loving it. July is going to really screw her up! What with Amesia Plot and all, during which she (as mentioned ad nauseum elsewhere) will be losing all of her memories prior to her arrival on Tabula Rasa. She will be fun and baggage-free and slightly more jerkstore than usual, and something may finally come from her ridiculous infatuation with Aragorn, and then she'll get her memories back and it will be like getting hit with a bus filled with gender issues (though ultimately good for her in the long run, I think). Also, while her Fear Plot not-quite-hallucinations continue, the whole amnesia thing will give her even more ammo to deny that that's what's happening to her. Basically, I am going to be wanting to thread her off of everyone all month long, so gimme.

Sean continues to have a nice, low-key go of things. Since the very beginning, he and Wanda have always swapped back and forth as my primary, and given that 2011 was the year of Ridiculous Drama for Sean, I'm content to let her have the spotlight for now since he's certainly not going quiet on me or anything. I've got vague plans to shake him up in the distance, but it's kind of nice to just let him be happy for a little while, faith an' begorrah.

Felix, as ever, is Felix. I'm due for a canon rewatch and he can get quiet now and then, but he's self-sustaining anyway. I've got a couple of EPs planned for him, and this Black Plague thing is going to have him climbing the walls in a panic, and beyond that, who knows? I kinda want to get him into some trouble come Halloween, if any badasses want him delightfully cramping their style.

Ugh, I fell down so hard on Cable's home plot, I am the actual worst, you guys. I just hit such a wall about a week into the month, I don't know. It's gone now, though, so Operation Clone Puncture remains a long-delayed go, I'll give relevant parties a heads-up the day or so before I EP (it's been written forever, I just suck). And since I don't yet know what frame of mind she'll be in after that, that is all the planning for now.

My girl, how have I had her for half a year already? All the time in the world, indeed. Not much to report, she'll be getting an item post this month and I need to throw her at amnesia'd Erik for Reasons. Mostly, I just need to get her out more, she's so insular right now.

Needs more attractive teen ladies to hit on, needs an EP or two, needs a premium account because his love of his own face demands it. Hopefully he will be getting all of these in very short order! Plan for July is just to get him out more, really, and then start a band with Arya. I apped an Archie character, what is wrong with me?
