Holding pattern. She can't get up anymore, but she's still lucid enough to be both snuggly and ornery in turn, just like always. Keeping her comfy, keeping her clean, giving her space when she wants it. I'm very sore from three nights on my floor couch and the chores are really piling up, but it's been worth it for the time with her.
The Wild Robot tonight, just for the chance to get away for a bit.
It's already getting dark. Here's to tomorrows.
