[374] gonna bake a motherfucking pizza tonight
Howwwwww do I only have one day off left? Howwwwwwwwww am I still coughing?
Think I'll make myself some bagel bites tonight, because I may be 35 years old, but I'm also still 12 years old, too. That's still true!!!

Wikipedia Sez: Apocalypse Dudes is the fourth album by the Norwegian band Turbonegro. It was released on February 23, 1998, and is the first studio album to feature lead guitarist Euroboy and drummer Chris Summers, and the last release before the band disbanded in December 1998.
Genre: Pop/Rock
Styles: Alternative/Indie Rock, Hard Rock, Heavy Metal, Neo-Glam, Pop Metal
Release Date: February 23rd, 1998
Prior Familiarity: Thankfully none.
What I Did While Listening: Ordered myself food, waited for the food to get here, then paused it to go start the second season of the Surf Dracula Perry Mason show while I ate my food, and then got back to it to unwind post-bath and chill out as the sun went down.
Verdict: Okay, so at first I thought it was aggressively fine, as a parody of metal albums? The gimmick wore thin quickly, and it was nothing I would ever listen to again, but sure, it's competently played and has Anus in a title, haha, sure, why not, we have fun here. But then I realized that it wasn't a too-long parody, and that this is just what all of this band's music really sounds like, and they're a bunch of Norwegian dudes in a group called Turbonegro, and then I was extra over it.
Favourite Song: I don't know, Are You Ready (for Some Darkness) maybe? It's really just not that good! There's a Suffragette City cover in the bonus tracks that's fun, I guess.
