[186] living, loving, she's just a woman

God damn it, I forgot to go check the mail, and today was supposedly the last crazy warm day of the month. I wasted it inside! No!

Have course corrected somewhat from the rough start we had to the week, but these last two days have just melted by in a haze of reading and watching wrestling and I'm going to need a more concrete schedule starting tomorrow. Gotta make these days COUNT, you know?

Not seeing Ant-Man until Saturday, hope I don't get spoiled! Truly Twitter cannot die soon enough.

Wikipedia Sez: Led Zeppelin II is the second studio album by the English rock band Led Zeppelin, released on 22 October 1969 in the United States and on 31 October 1969 in the United Kingdom by Atlantic Records. Recording sessions for the album took place at several locations in both the United Kingdom and North America from January to August 1969. The album's production was credited to the band's lead guitarist and songwriter Jimmy Page, and it was also Led Zeppelin's first album on which Eddie Kramer served as engineer.

Genre: Pop/Rock, Blues

Styles: Album Rock, Arena Rock, Blues-Rock, British Blues, British Metal, Hard Rock, Heavy Metal, Regional Blues

Prior Familiarity: Decent! This is pretty ubiquitous stuff.

What I Did While Listening: Made perogies and then played some Legend of Slime my GOD that thing is just pure lizard brain dopamine injections, huh?

Verdict: Zeppelin is one of those bands that always sound exactly the way I expect them to while simultaneously surprising me by how, idk, jazzy they are at the same time? It's a very different kind of noodly than most of their classic rock/jam band kin and I like it a lot.

Favourite Song: Moby Dick

Okay, here we go. It may be late, but the to-do list awaits.
