[152] there's so much world outside the door
Just kinda frustrated with everything at the moment. Nothing wants to work right, and I'm losing all of my days just hanging out on the couch with mom because she's been home feeling like garbage all week. I'm just... floating, killing time with nothing to show for it. Feels bad, and just like that, the week is almost half over? Trying to carve out a few hours in the night for myself, but again, nothing is fucking working and I want to scream.
Loved Wakanda Forever, at least.

Wikipedia Sez: The Man Who is the second studio album by the Scottish rock band Travis. The album was released on 24 May 1999 through Independiente. It saw a change in musical direction for the band, moving away from the rockier tone of their debut Good Feeling (1997). Four singles were released: "Writing to Reach You", "Driftwood", and the top 10 hits "Why Does It Always Rain on Me?" and "Turn".
Genre: Pop/Rock
Styles: British Trad Rock, Alternative Pop/Rock, Alternative/Indie Rock, Britpop
Prior Familiarity: Nope!
What I Did While Listening: Downloaded one of those stupid colouring apps and just lost an hour tapping little blocks to fill them in; it was a waste of time, but somehow a more satisfying one than pretty much my entire day up until then.
Verdict: Pure concentrated 1999, and I mean that in the best possible way. Right down to the final song hidden after a few minutes of silence in the last track, thank you for preserving the old ways, Spotify.
