[0092] prince des ténèbres, archange maudit
I have sobered up, but remain all chock full of wrestle feelings. Those will get their own post at some point, but for now I just need to sit with all my thoughts for a while. It was a five-and-a-half hour show, so there's a lot to process.
27. What do you consider the biggest waste of your money?
Housing costs. Just paying half of everything I make to have somewhere to live? Bullshit!
28. What was the last video you watched on Youtube?
The goofy little RJ City Road to Double or Nothing series ahead of the pape last night. Look at Hookhausen! LOOK AT THEM. Also Luchasaurus is bi?? Y'all just keep on winning.

Wikipedia Sez: Histoire de Melody Nelson is a 1971 concept album by French songwriter Serge Gainsbourg. Produced by Jean-Claude Desmarty, the album was released on March 24, 1971 through Philips Records. Its Lolita-esque pseudo-autobiographical narrative follows the illicit romance that develops between the middle-aged Gainsbourg and 15-year old girl Melody Nelson.
Prior Familiarity: None. That was nice.
What I Did While Listening: Tidied up the first time around, then I listened to it again just following along with some lyrics because it's lyrically dense enough and my French skills rusted enough that I missed a fair few chunks of it. Not the part that makes it clear it's all about fucking a child, though!
Verdict: Gross! Like, the music itself is pretty good, but not good enough to make it worth it, you know?
Favourite Song: Ballade de Melody Nelson, nice and catchy.
