[0019] it's nobody's fault but we need somebody to burn

Back to work in the morning. I went to the movies four times in the last seven days and it ruled. By the end, they stopped asking to see our vaccination records because 'oh, we know you, you're good'. Eternals this weekend is gonna be tricksy, I may have to pick a night and do some strategic napping because all the post-7:30 showings are super late and I do NOT want to wait until Wednesday, but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it.

Still feeling pretty crummy about myself, but I managed to do the barest minimum of physical activity today, so that's nice.

I wish I knew what I was doing for Darrow Halloween. I wish I knew several days ago. I wish, I wish I hadn't killed that fish.

Wikipedia Sez: My Aim Is True is the debut album by English singer-songwriter Elvis Costello. The album was recorded at Pathway Studios in Highbury, London Borough of Islington in 1976, over the course of six four-hour studio sessions, in a total of approximately twenty-four hours. It was the first of five consecutive Costello albums produced by Nick Lowe and cost £2,000 to record. The backing band was made up of members of Clover, but they were uncredited on the original release due to contractual difficulties; some early publicity for the album identified the backing band as "The Shamrocks".

Prior Familiarity: Pretty much none. I know who Elvis Costello is, I maybe know a couple of his movie soundtrack songs. He was in Austin Powers. That's about all I got.

What I Did While Listening: Cleaned the kitchen, but this was not conducive to accomplishing tasks during and I mostly just danced around a bit.

Verdict: This absolutely fucks and I love it.

Favourite Song: A legitimately tough call, I kinda loved this whole thing. My gut says Blame It On Cain, but Welcome To The Working Week is gonna be a permanent new Wednesday anthem to blast going forward.
