[330] [081] [104] [214] Bevvin' up
Jan. 25th, 2014 04:51 pmDay off! Haven't done much, being lazy, slept in yet again, which will likely bone me when I have to work early tomorrow and Monday, s'all good. Except for the parts that aren't, of which there remain many. Hooray, escapism!
The barrels contain a clear brown liquid. You sniff it. It smells like rum. You taste it. It is rum. You cup your hands, pour some in and take a swig. You gasp - by golly, it's good! Restore 6 points of Stamina and 1 Luck.
A noise startles you, prompting you to leave the room quickly. You walk down to investigate the south door.
You find yourself in a short, narrow passageway with a large timber door ahead to the south. You try this door.
You are on the north bank of a fast-flowing river in a large underground cavern. Facing southwards, the rock face behind you is smooth and glistening with moisture. Moss of many different hues grows on the surface. There is an eerie silence punctuated only by the splashings of the river as it flows ahead of you. A passage runs off to the north-west. A boat is moored along the bank. Another passage runs out along the river eastwards.
