I really wish it had just happened in another film, one where it didn't feel completely tacked on, because the scene was so good on its own, tense and heartbreaking, I don't want to hate it, but... I really do. :E I wasn't crazy about her in the first movie, I felt like they just showed us this hot shit perfect girl and didn't bother showing us anything deeper, and then this movie was like 'THIS is why she's here, THIS is why she's great' for two hours, making her absolutely essential to this story before just laughing in our faces because HAHAHA CAN'T LET THAT HAPPEN AGAIN, NOW CAN WE? THIS IS THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN, NOT SOME BROAD, AMIRITE?
